Who we are
Nedcon Maritime is a Ship Management Company based in Constanta, Romania, created and engaged mainly in the recruitment of Romanian seamen and riding teams for various ship owners, hotel personnel for passenger vessels, upholsterers and woodworkers for 'de luxe' yachts' maintenance and repair, all trades for various shipyards, drilling crews and personnel for the oil and gas industry.
Established in October 1997, the initial name of the Company was Nedcon Shipping, created to provide services to the Marine and Oil & Gas Industry and to support various ship-owners and shipyards in the ship-repair and ship conversion activities, our Company has built up a strong reputation in offering prompt and reliable consultancy and manpower supply services.
Since January 2008, Nedcon Maritime is the new trade name of the Company.
Our services include pre-selection / selection / final hiring, medical and psychological examinations, documentation and processing of crew documents, visa processing, departure assistance, ticketing, operations, accountancy, payroll and all activities related to crew embarkation and disembarkation.
