Through keeping the files of the recruited personnel, both on paper and electronic support, NEDCON MARITIME ensures keeping track of the professional and employment history of a person employed under a Client's contract. For each person who signs the request, the following aspects are to be identified:
- Information regarding the candidate's activity until the present;
- Commitment and previous contracts;
- Details of previous working places;
- Feed-back, including the cases of contracts cancellation or problems raised by the client as behaviour deficiencies or the person's activity;
- Period of contract;
- Rank;
- Possibility of promotion.
Briefly the employment procedure could be described in the following stages:
- Contact the accepted candidates and prepare the necessary documents and forms for departure (applying for visa, work permit, guarantee letter or any other document)
- Medical examination and up-dating health records, including vaccination, when applicable
- Signing employment documents
- Notifying the client
- Training of employed personnel
- Confirmation for departure or reason for failure of departure.
