Crewing
Our crew database consists of approximately 7,000 certified, highly-qualified Romanian seafarers of all ranks who have worked with multilingual crews on board all major types of vessels, including passenger vessels, dry cargos, bulk carriers, containers, oil-chemical tankers, gas carriers and Ro-Ro vessels.
Our seagoing personnel includes Captains, First / Second / Third officers, Chief Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Reefer Engineers and Technicians, Electrical Officers, ratings and catering staff who are trained, licensed and certified.
Our database is updated on a continuous basis with medical, certification and other information such as training and crew appraisal records.
Before any seafarer joins a vessel, it is ensured that he has all the necessary documents, such as visas, certificates and licenses. All crew members are briefed properly regarding travel arrangements, the port agent's and the ship's details, drug/alcohol policy of the company and emergency procedures. They are also provided with all other essential information concerning their future employment.
Our company is able to provide full or part crews on a contract basis whereby owners can provide cover for short or long terms requirements.
When crew disembark from the vessel, they are de-briefed on the following: discussion of the contract performed, confidential report details, crew members' opinion on all aspects of the job fulfilled.
